The rooms can be used individually or flexibly combined, creating spaces from 33 to 85 m². All rooms are air-conditioned, offer natural daylight and are equipped with modern audio and video equipment.

Stralsund's historic centre is a listed World Heritage site and is only five kilometres from the hotel: Its town houses, the brickwork St. Nicholas and St. Mary churches, and the narrow gable buildings from the Hanseatic era attract many visitors.
It is a 12 minute drive to the famous Ozeaneum Oceanic Museum, the municipal forest and zoo are within walking distance. Hiddensee and Rügen, two very popular holiday destinations with sandy beaches, can be reached within 90 and 20 minutes.
