Bremen's town hall, built between 1405 and 1410, is a must-see for every visitor. It is one of the most important gothic builings in Europe and, together with the Roland statue, has been part of the UNESCO World Heritage since 2004.

The Schnoorviertel, Bremen's oldest city quarter, shows off impressive half-timbered buildings from the 15^th and 16^th century. The restaurant in the Bremer Ratskeller (the council wine cellar) looks back on a history of over 600 years and pampers its guest with a hearty cuisine and an exquisite wine list.
