With strong partners at its side, the GCH Hotel Group is continuously extending and improving its range of services for its hotel guests and partners. When it comes to customer experience, scope of offer and marketing services, the GCH Hotel Group really has its finger on the pulse. Long-term established cooperations have been formed; partnerships based on mutual trust.

Taxi.eu

Ordering a taxi quickly, easily and anywhere – this is what the app taxi.eu offers. Since 2011, taxi.eu has been able to establish a German-wide network of 155 taxis dispatch centers with 65,000 connected taxidrivers, which are available 24/7 for customers in more than 100 cities. A high standard of quality in customer care is also one of taxi.eu’s priorities and is ensured by over 2,000 trained call center employees. Since 2017, GCH Hotel Group is cooperating with taxi.eu all over Germany.

German Handball Federation (DHB)

In January 2020, the GCH Hotel Group became the official hotel partner of the German Handball Federation. The players benefit from the cooperation with accommodation in hotels managed by the GCH Hotel Group. "The comfort factor the hotels offer our national team players during training courses is an important element in the optimal preparation for international matches, both on a sportive and a recreational level. In addition, we will be able to use the access to hotel facilities gained by this cooperation very well for our committee work and international events", says Mark Schober, chairman of the board of the German Handball Federation.

Through this cooperation, the GCH Hotel Group promotes handball in Germany and, at the same time, is able to further expand its profile.

Handball team Füchse Berlin

In September 2021, the GCH Hotel Group added another sportive partner to its list of cooperations: the handball team Füchse Berlin. As a new member of the foxes' family, the GCH Hotel Group accommodates the handball team during their away games and will show presence in the Max-Schmeling-Halle in Berlin during the home games.

Füchse Managing Director Bob Hanning: "I am delighted to welcome such a company to our foxes family. Being able to feel at home from now on even during away games is an important step in our development."

The German National Tourist Board (DZT)

The German National Tourist Board (Deutsche Zentrale für Tourismus e.V. DZT) has been acting on behalf of the German Federal Government for over 60 years to promote tourism to Germany. It markets the diversity of Germany's tourist attractions all over the world with the aim to position Germany as an attractive holiday destination, increase the volume of tourist traffic and to strengthen Germany's position as a location for business.

The GCH Hotel Group has been working with the German National Tourist Board since 2011 and is able to offer its hotel partners a wide range of services. The partnership includes mutual marketing and sales campaigns, promotions and participation in key tourism fairs all over the world.

Malteser Emergency Service

The Malteser Emergency Service (Malteser Hilfsdienst e.V.) is an organisation which provides assistance to those in need. Each year they help around 12 million people all over the world. 72,000 full-time employees and volunteers at 700 locations provide their support for those in distress. In Germany, the Maltese Emergency Service has more than one million supporters and members.

The GCH Hotel Group has been committed to the social projects of the Maltese Emergency Service since 2009 and regularly organises charity events. In addition, 120 hotels have collection boxes on show, which allows hotel guests to make a monetary donation. The collected donations support projects, such as the school first-aid service.

Aktion Mensch

Aktion Mensch advocates for a barrier-free society in which diversity is a given. The main focus is on a self-determined life for people with disabilities as well as equal opportunities for children and adolescents. In order to achieve this, Aktion Mensch supports a large number of social projects together with different partners and develops educational campaigns and useful offers. To finance all of these ideas, Aktion Mensch sells lottery tickets.

As a Christmas gift, every GCH Hotel Group employee received a raffle ticket for Aktion Mensch. Not only can we do good with it, but with a bit of luck we can also win some money.
