Order, pay for and rate a taxi in a matter of seconds on your smartphone - mytaxi has offered this service since 2009 and has been revolutionising the international taxi market ever since. The concept creates a direct link between taxi drivers and taxi passengers and offers both parties a modern ordering process. To date, the app - available for iOS, Android, Windows Phone and BlackBerry - has been downloaded over 10 million times, and is available in over 40 cities with more than 45,000 connected taxis. The GCH Hotel Group has enjoyed a successful cooperation with mytaxi since 2013. Hotel guests benefit from the extra services on offer and the new, customer-oriented technology helps to unburden reception staff.

Malteser Emergency Service

The Malteser Emergency Service (Malteser Hilfsdienst e.V.) is an organisation which provides assistance to those in need. Each year they help around 12 million people all over the world. 72,000 full-time employees and volunteers at 700 locations provide their support for those in distress. In Germany, the Maltese Emergency Service has more than one million supporters and members.

The GCH Hotel Group has been committed to the social projects of the Maltese Emergency Service since 2009 and regularly organises charity events. In addition, 120 hotels have collection boxes on show, which allows hotel guests to make a monetary donation. The collected donations support projects, such as the school first-aid service.

Deutsche Bahn

Since 2012, the GCH Hotel Group has been able to offer business and event customers an extensive range of price conditions and special offers, thanks to a cooperation with Deutsche Bahn. Event organisers are able to book return tickets for their participants at a fixed reduced price. Deutsche Bahn is the world's leading company for mobility and logistics. The group is active in over 130 countries and transports up to 1.8 million passengers in Germany every day - in Europe it is 12 million.

The German National Tourist Board (DZT)

The German National Tourist Board (Deutsche Zentrale für Tourismus e.V. DZT) has been acting on behalf of the German Federal Government for over 60 years to promote tourism to Germany. It markets the diversity of Germany's tourist attractions all over the world with the aim to position Germany as an attractive holiday destination, increase the volume of tourist traffic and to strengthen Germany's position as a location for business.
