Since 2012, the GCH Hotel Group has been able to offer business and event customers an extensive range of price conditions and special offers, thanks to a cooperation with Deutsche Bahn. Event organisers are able to book return tickets for their participants at a fixed reduced price. Deutsche Bahn is the world's leading company for mobility and logistics. The group is active in over 130 countries and transports up to 1.8 million passengers in Germany every day - in Europe it is 12 million.

Ordering a taxi quickly, easily and anywhere – this is what the app offers. Since 2011, has been able to establish a German-wide network of 155 taxis dispatch centers with 65,000 connected taxidrivers, which are available 24/7 for customers in more than 100 cities. A high standard of quality in customer care is also one of’s priorities and is ensured by over 2,000 trained call center employees. Since 2017, GCH Hotel Group is cooperating with all over Germany.

Deutscher Handballbund

Seit Januar 2020 ist die GCH Hotel Group offizieller Hotelpartner des Deutschen Handballbundes. Die Spielerinnen und Spieler profitieren von der Kooperation, indem sie deutschlandweit in den von der GCH Hotel Group geführten Hotels übernachten. "Der Wohlfühlfaktor unserer Nationalspielerinnen und Nationalspieler in den Hotels ist bei Lehrgängen ein wichtiger Baustein für die optimale Vorbereitung auf die Länderspiele, sei es sportlich oder auch auf der Ebene der Regeneration. Zudem werden wir die durch diese Zusammenarbeit gewonnenen Hotel-Möglichkeiten sehr gut für unsere Gremienarbeit und bei internationalen Events einsetzen können.", so Mark Schober, Vorstandsvorsitzender des Deutschen Handballbundes.

The German National Tourist Board (DZT)

The German National Tourist Board (Deutsche Zentrale für Tourismus e.V. DZT) has been acting on behalf of the German Federal Government for over 60 years to promote tourism to Germany. It markets the diversity of Germany's tourist attractions all over the world with the aim to position Germany as an attractive holiday destination, increase the volume of tourist traffic and to strengthen Germany's position as a location for business.

The GCH Hotel Group has worked with the German National Tourist Board since 2011 and is able to offer its hotel partners a wide range of services. The partnership includes mutual marketing and sales campaigns, promotions and participation in key tourism fairs all over the world.

Malteser Emergency Service

The Malteser Emergency Service (Malteser Hilfsdienst e.V.) is an organisation which provides assistance to those in need. Each year they help around 12 million people all over the world. 72,000 full-time employees and volunteers at 700 locations provide their support for those in distress. In Germany, the Maltese Emergency Service has more than one million supporters and members.

The GCH Hotel Group has been committed to the social projects of the Maltese Emergency Service since 2009 and regularly organises charity events. In addition, 120 hotels have collection boxes on show, which allows hotel guests to make a monetary donation. The collected donations support projects, such as the school first-aid service.
